Liverpool fans have more reasons to be delighted along with their last minute winner in the Merseyside derby. Their star playmaker Phillipe Coutinho returned back to training after recovering from the ligament damage.
The player picked a horrible injury in the Reds’ game against Sunderland. The injury almost looked to keep the player out of action for atleast eight months.
But the Brazilian had recovered well and returned back to training sooner than expected. His return now is a perfect time as he can slowly get back his old self before a vital clash against Manchester City at the end of this year.
With Liverpool going to be without Sadio Mane in January, Coutinho return will help them maintain their rhythm. Klopp had already told that he won’t rush his players into the team before they are fully ready.
Liverpool’s another casualty Daniel Sturridge is also hopeful about a January return. Klopp believes that the injury prone striker still has a lot to offer for his team.
